Return Policy Specific to Panasonic Toughbooks and accessories Due to restrictions set by the Panasonic Distributor, Panasonic Toughbook Computers or accessories cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Any defects and/or problems with Panasonic Toughbooks or accessories must be handled with Panasonic by calling 1(800) LAPTOP-5 (527-8675)
Return policy for Non-Panasonic Toughbooks and accessories Before shipping your return, please call 1-800-968-5150 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with manuals, software manufacturer documents and registration card intact.
Please write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package and mail your shipment to:

All returns must be authorized by Find IT Corporation within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.
Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, computers and printers are returnable in the first 30 days for repair only. Computers, printers, and LCD projectors are not returnable for credit or exchange.
Customer should not accept any visibly damaged packages and should report to the carrier (FEDEX/UPS/DHL/Airborne) that the package is being refused because of damage. Any non-visible damage resulting from shipping must be reported to Find IT Corporation within 2 days of receiving the product.
All non-defective returns authorized by Find IT Corporation are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of invoice.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
